Christmas Gifts for the Cousins

I made two of these scarves, one for each of my two first cousins. Although they took a VERY long time to make, in the end it was worth it to see them running around the house with them tied around their necks :).
As you can see...one of my cousins' name is Ella :)

I wrote each letter by knitting row by row and slowly creating each letter.
I made each tassel by looping short strands of yarn into the ends of the scarf.
To optimize ultimate comfort, I sewed in soft pink cloth into the back of the scarves :)

The Dinosaur Dynamic Duo

Sorry I haven't posted in a really long time! I have been caught up with WAAY too much extra-curricular school activities. Anyway, I just completed my second dinosaur!

"First there was one... and now there's two!"

I feel like I should be writing a Dr. Seuss book :)

Christmas Chainsaw

Okay...so the title might seem a little scary...

But my father is an ice sculptor and I thought that this would be a great gift for him. The problem is...I don't own orange yarn...

Has anybody made this before and have any tips??

A Gift for my Father

I made this for my dad because it kind of represented a parent-child relationship and my father's favorite color is this blue.

Nessie

Although it looks simple, this is by far the hardest pattern I have ever followed. However, every single creature in this book is adorable and worth making.

Crocheted Dinosaur Hungry for Thanksgiving Pie

Hi I'm Pi the Dinosaur. I'm smart and intelligent even with my tiny dinosaur brain, and I love pie! It's funny, I'm Pi who loves Pie!!!!

Note from my mother:
Hey everybody! Happy Thanksgiving to you all! One thing that is very special about Pi is that he is very earth-friendly and was made with soft yarn and clean scraps of socks and fabric.

Does This Monster Kind of Remind You of Pikachu?

This monster took me a really long time, but here's a knitting tip: alternating colors when knitting really helps count the number of rows you have knitted!

My Bloomed Corn Caterpillar

Although I had to endure the many teases from my father about my first crochet project looking like a piece of corn, I can modestly say that I am pleased with my very first crochet project.

I think the wings might be too small but...tell meh what u think!

Rock & Roll & Recycle!

A few months ago, I made a goal to try and make my knitting as environmentally friendly as I could by taking old materials, and reusing them in my knitting. For example, instead of buying stuffing at the store (wasting some gas and plastic), I use scraps from sewing projects. Also, I try to buy my yarn at used stores like SCRAP in Portland, Oregon.
This is a pile of some of the fabric scraps I use as stuffing!

Help keep our planet healthy!!! IN ANY WAY POSSIBLE :)

My Very First Human Bean #Teenytinyfriends
